I am currently in week 21 with my second baby. With my son, I had PPROM at 26 weeks and had him in week 27. It was obviously very traumatic going through the NICU for three months and so this pregnancy has been treated as high-risk and I’m getting all of the care that goes along with that- bi-weekly cervical ultrasounds and doctor’s appointments being the main precautionary measure.

Has anyone else here gone on to have a full term pregnancy after having PPROM in a previous one?

I would love to know that it’s possible because my anxiety has been overwhelming the closer I get to my son’s gestational age when I delivered him.
