Protein foods
I’m at a loss. Everything makes my baby so gassy. Beans, lentils, eggs, yogurt, etc. I need to do the allergen foods like fish and peanut butter. That’s next on my list so maybe those will be a great help. As for chicken, beef and turkey- she isn’t a huge fan. It may be how I’m serving it. I think I may have to purée them with other foods so she can get some in her system. Any ideas suggestions on how to serve or other protein I’m not thinking of that won’t lead to gas??
