Pretty sure I'm NOT ovulating 😭

I'm waiting for my doctor to call me back but I had blood work done friday and I checked my results today and they were only 8.71 and everywhere I've read says it needs to be 10 or over to confirm ovulation 😭😭😭😭😭 is this true?

If I ovulated when I was supposed to I would have been on CD22 when I was tested & my period is due this coming Saturday which puts my at a 29 day cycle.
