No cm?

So my husband and I have 2 kids Never had any issue getting pregnant with them. I had an iud put in when we had my youngest and only had it in for 8 months because I had too many side affects. We’ve been trying for 7 months now and nothing, I’ve asked my ob if I can get a hormone level work up but she said I don’t qualify, I’ve noticed I have no cm at all, and I used to always get egg white discharge when I ovulated. Nothing anymore, and ob says that’s normal. Am I wrong to still be concerned, and what should I do?
