Non stop bleeding from IUD

I got a iud February 14th and I have been bleeding the whole time some days are lighter than others but it never goes away. I used to have the implant in my arm and it did the same thing and I ended up getting sick and taking it out because my hemoglobin was low and I already have low hemoglobin due to Sickle Cell Anemia, but anyways has anyone else have the same thing happen to them and what did you do to deal with it... I can’t afford to get sick and have to go to the hospital like before especially because I have a 2 month old and spent most of my pregnancy and life in the hospital due to my illness.
