Normal for milk to leak all the time?

I’m exclusively pumping because my daughter is in the NICU. But my boobs drips milk all the time. 
Like even just taking off my shirt and getting in the shower real quick, it drips down my stomach or onto the floor. 
Even after I pump they’re still leaking. I’m pumping every 3 hours or so for 20 mins each. Should I pump longer? Or is this normal?

It’s normal! When I was breastfeeding still my breasts would also leak when I had an orgasm lol my husband luckily was cool with it 🤣

Normal. You can get breast pads that instead of soaking up milk they use pressure to stop the leaking. This might help conserve the leaking milk you baby is needing being in nicu. I think they were called Lilly pads
