Light positive lines or negative for the last 1.5 weeks. Help!

Okay so I’ve been having VVVfl or negative tests the last week and a half. I thought I had a chemical and was just waiting for my period but then I took this test this morning and it showed a SUPER faint thin line. I will post the original too, as well as other tests from this week. Im a few days late on my period. I’m cramping right now like I’d get my period but nothing at all and it’s been half the day already. I’m so confused, idk what to do. Doctor didn’t do much yesterday but I’m gonna go back if I don’t get my period and demand some bloodwork. Anyone had any similar experiences? I’ve never ever had this happen :(
