Breakup

Idk if anyone will read this but it’s good to let out , I was with someone for a year and 7 months and we recently broke up yesterday , he seems like he doesn’t care and I’m so hurt , he’s the only boy I can say I loved , and I wanted to be with. Idk what to do or how to feel . It feels like this sadness never ends , it’s like a physical pain in your heart . I opened up , shared goals , dreams , hopes and everything together and all of it to be strangers again , just wanna get better :/
