Antidepressant during pregnancy ?

Is anyone taking Prozac while pregnant? I had a second trimester miscarriage in January. Was taking Prozac and recently tried to go to a lower dose but it wasn’t good so I’m back at 40mg. Wondering if anyone else has had a successful pregnancy while on an antidepressant?

I know many women on Zoloft . And dr says it’s safe . Can you switch ?

i take 5omg sertaline that i was changed over too from another that i don’t even remember the name now but it was safe to take during pregnancy and breastfeeding so i did and my pregnancy was great and i’ve been breastfeeding 21 months on it :)

I’m on 30mg of Prozac & my psych has said it doesn’t cause harm and online says the same but I’m still wondering if that’s what’s making it hard for me to conceive 😣
