Tips for getting rid of clogged duct
I’ve had a clogged milk duct the past few days that doesn’t want to budge. I really don’t want it to turn into mastitis and need antibiotics if I can avoid it. I’ve don’t heat compress before pumping, and massage while pumping, leaning forward. It isn’t helping. Still have a slightly red tender hard spot. No fever or any other serious symptoms though.
I feel like there had to be more I can do.
I have a two week old and am exclusively pumping as she has a weak latch
