Help! 😭

Hi mamas!

I keep getting what I *think* is a clogged duct on the underside of my left breast. It gets REALLY tender and painful every few weeks and then goes away after a day. I’m exclusively pumping and pump every five hours except at night.

Any advice on how to keep this from happening?
