Stop talking to him???

So I've liked this guy for a month now and last week we both said we liked each other. For three day we were talking constantly all the time those three day and even before then. Yesterday i saw him and pushed jokingly not to hard or any of that. When he looked at me his face looked mad and disappointed. Usually when we jokingly push each other we laugh and it becomes a joke. Before we said we liked each other when he saw me he always smiled and was so happy. Advise?? What do i do talk to him about it or just get over him and stop 'talking'
