What’s going on

So I’m having some bleeding rn and my period isn’t due for another couple of weeks. It’s not bleeding like my regular periods. its very light but not super light. I highly doubt it’s implantation bleeding because I’ve been very careful but when you’re sexually active it’s not ruled out (I have an appointment already scheduled so don’t tell me to check with my doctor cause that’s what I’m already doing) does anyone have a theory on what it could be? I did get a pap last week so could that have caused it?
