Mastitis or just duct?

My right breast has a lump. I have tried massaging it out and compresses. It’s red and swollen and hurts a lot. I don’t want to go in to the doctor if it’s nothing but I looked at symptoms online and I do have a few. I feel drained and exhausted (which could be the baby keeping me awake). I go from hot to cold all day (could be the hormones leveling out) and it’s really red (from me trying to fix it?) just wondering if anybody had some helpful suggestions or if you do think I’m overreacting. Thank you ladies! The redness goes a little past my tank top as well. It’s warm to touch and splotchy.
