Advice please!!

My daughter will be 2 next month, and this is my second pregnancy, almost 12 weeks. I’m spotting and it’s bright red but it’s not much.. with my first child I never spotted at all, why would I be spotting now, when my body has always been thru pregnancy before.🙏🏽😔
