Doctor told me I miscarried, BUT!!!!

Ladies it has been about 3 weeks . My test are only getting darker for example I just took this test!! My pregnancy HCG level was 61 and went down 50 . Doctors told me I could’ve been miscarring since I was bleeding .. it has been about 3 weeks since the doctor told me that . I have been testing and my test aren’t getting fainter only stronger ! My friend got pregnant two weeks before me and miscarried two weeks ago @6 weeks with her HCG levels being @500 then dropped to 54 and her test are now all negative !! Went to the doctor today and got more blood work down I will find out Monday what’s going on . I’m scared that this could be an ectopic pregnancy also ... doctor won’t do an ultrasound all he wants to do are blood test . Kinda annoyed at this point because I’m worried . I know for a fact my test

Should I’ve been negative already . Can any help me ? Has there been any success stories from this ?
