Ultrasound help

I currently 5week 3 days pregnant according to the app. I am also on my second

IUI

. We did 2 beta test one week apart first one was at 4 week 74.65 second one was at 5 week 2 day 485.60(should have been 597) my doc ask to redo in a week. We also did an ultrasound both times n nothing was seen I had thinking lining on the first one on the second one it was quick they didn’t even give me a pic of it all she say it may be too early come bk in a week time but I swear I saw a spot in the middle. Anyway what I want to knw is how many weeks were u when ur pregnancy show up on the ultrasound?
