Any idea what this can be?

I’m taking him into the ped on Monday because they didn’t have anything available for today but  to put my mind at ease, does anyone have any experience with a rash like this? Any idea what it can be? (Yes he’s a chunky boy 😂) TIA

That looks like heat rash! My son has super sensitive skin and has gotten it a few times already. It honestly doesn't look bad, I wouldn't take him to the Dr office around all those germs for that. Maybe they will let you send a picture instead to put your mind at ease.

My baby got this after his 4 months vaccine, it cleared up after a few days 😊

My son looks like this after my husband who has 5’oclock shadow blows raspberries on his tummy. It was the same for my older son too. His scruff just irritates his skin. Not that that’s what yours is but.. is it possibly that it’s a contact rash from detergent or a new moisturizer? (from you or your partner or even something new for your boy)

Looks like Roseola. My son had it when he was around 9 months old. It looked exactly like that
