Marriage issue??

So my husband and I haven’t had sex in a while. We also have been arguing a lot and have been feeling kind of distant. Anyway, we are not interested in divorce and things aren’t bad enough to even have that on the table. Our issue is that it’s been long enough and enough distance that we don’t really know how to initiate sex? It’s just kind of awkward. And he always has to say something to initiate things which really turns me off to be honest. If you say “I really want to do bad things to you” just out of the blue then it’s awkward dude. Idk. I wish he would just not say anything and not be awkward or overbearing. We have had dry spells before, he has lower testosterone (not low enough to be considered “low t” but he barely passed the scoring), but this time it’s kind of different. Idk why. Also I am a really sensitive person and I decided not to go anon because I made a resolution for this year to be honest with everyone and myself even when it makes me vulnerable, so if you think it might sound rude or offensive please try not to hurt my feelings too much 😂😭😭😭
