New piercing please help

Ignore how hairy my stomach is lol but I got my belly button pierced for my 16th birthday a week ago... I’ve been cleaning it everyday with what the piercer recommended (wound wash from Walmart pictured below) but now its slightly itching and when I looked it’s really red and has yellow stuff around/on the jewelry.. is this normal? Is it infected? How do I clean it? Also there’s a scab right next to it being pierced because I didn’t know what to do with the dried blood or how to get it out. Is that also normal? I asked my dad and he said its normal for it to be red but idk about the other stuff
