Need advice for staying motivated...

I was working out & watching what I eat for about 1.5 months and I lost 8lbs.. but now all the sudden I’ve lost motivation. I can’t seem to bring myself to workout anymore. I haven’t been eating the best. I really don’t want to gain it all back by being a dumbass. I really want to lose a little more weight and get toned. How can I get motivated again? 😭
