Why is my cycle this late? Jim

I had my son back in July 2019. I started getting real periods again in the beginning of October. My cycles have ranged from 22-30 days and I'm currently on CD 39. My last period started on February 6th-12th.

I'mm going through things with my son's father and everything that's going on medically in the world currently have made me stressed /have anxiety. Do I talk to my doctor about my period being this late or do I just wait it out and see as I know periods can be off after having a baby?

*I did have spotting on Feb 24th and 25th
