So confused

I took this and it seemed negative.. I go back 5-10 mins later because I felt like I should double check it to make sure.. and I see this. So I than go out and buy clear blue and I chug some water and I see this...? Could I be pregnant? My last period was feb 17-18... that was it. I’ve only been have two day periods since January and it’s because I had a baby in September. Like these be negative because I had chugged water and than took the test without it being first morning? I took the other one from my second morning pee. Next period is suppose to be in 6 days or so
