Hello 👋 I am being treated holistically for my hashimotos / hypothyroidism. I have no idea what my blood work looks like at this time BUT this has been happening to me and i was wondering if this is a normal symptom ...?

I walked up about 12 total steps outside to a home (I am a realtor) and by the time I entered the home my heart was racing, like thumping out of my chest feeling.

I know that I’m not in the best shape BUT it was just a few steps. I have had minor heart palpatations here and there, mostly in my sleep It’ll wake me up (but this is very rare).

A few weeks ago I went to a waterpark and climbed a few flights of steps and both me and my husbands hearts were racing and we were out of breath when we got to the top by the water slide.

I’m just not sure what to do or think about this.
