Pain with sex diagnosed with Ovarian cyst

What are some good sex positions that cause little to no pain during sex. I have ovarian cysts and trying to try some new positions that doesn’t cause discomfort. My doctors aren’t really helping with info they told me to just take Ibuprofen before sex and that should help but it’s not working and I want to enjoy my sex life like I used to. My boyfriend is very understanding but I’m getting really frustrated.

So update my cyst ruptured after sex a few days ago I’m on bed eat and can’t have sex until cleared by obgyn my cyst in January was 1.7cm the day it ruptured it was 3.0cm waiting to hear from doctor to see what going on they only treating and seeing pregnant women atm bc of the virus so I don’t have an appointment til May 5thim nervous I’ve been in a lot of pain
