Worried
I went to bed on Friday and was woke to a gush of liquid. I wasn’t sure if I had peed or what. I reached down and it was sticky. I rushed to the bathroom and a gush of blood empties into the toilet. My panties were soaked. At this moment I start to panic and all I can think is I’m miscarrying again. I call for my husband and he calls my doctor right away. They tell us to go the the hospital. I’m terrified to go to the hospital with all the Covid19 outbreak going on. We get to the hospital and they don’t allow my husband to go in with me. The hospital is on lockdown and they are only allowing patients in. To make this long story short they run tests and discover my placenta has separated from my uterus. It is called a subchorionic hematoma. My baby is fine and has a 161 heartbeat. So I’m put on bed rest for the weekend and need to call my doctor on Monday. Have any other moms out there have this happen? I am currently 12 weeks. I just hope my baby will be carried to full term.
