SO DONE WITH ALL THE PANIC BUYING!

I was recently at my local Costco shopping for my family. Shopping because I need food to feed my family of NINE. 7 children, 2 parents.

2 fourteen year old boys and 1 twelve year old girl from my husbands first marriage, 2 ten year old girls and a 8 year old boy from my previous marriage, and 5 year old triplets from us together as a family now.

WE EAT A LOT OF FOOD.

I was just shopping, getting the normal things that I buy for my family on a weekly basis. Of course I don’t know how big your families are, but I can tell you that it takes a lot of food to feed 9 people three times a day. The 14 year olds are hungry 24/7.

So I’m getting my food, and making my way to the check out line with one very full cart, and a woman stops me. Her cart isn’t full at all, it has enough for a family of three or so. She goes OFF. She talks about this and rants about that and has the audacity to tell me that I need to go and put my shit back so that other people can have it.

Like, EXCUSE ME?? I am just trying to feed my family. I am not panic buying. I maybe have food for 2 weeks.

I was appalled that she would approach me like this. Our Costco is still basically full, the majority of the wave of panic hasn’t hit us here yet.

Sorry. Just a rant.
