Self quarantine ?

I have a low grade fever (99.1) I took ibuprofen and drank water to bring my fever down. If it doesn’t get better by b tomorrow I’m going to call my job and call out. ☹️ Should I be self quarantining? The only symptom I have of the virus is fever.

Edit: Don’t worry I am going to be staying home until the fever goes down. Just wondering if I needed to actually be quarantined in my room.

I didn’t know ibuprofen made the virus worse if my fever comes back I’ll take Tylenol.

Update: Okay my fever has been normal for 24 hours without taking anything so I’m assuming it’s not coronavirus or any other sickness, my temp might have just been high for whatever reason. Thanks for all the advice. ☺️
