One year dating anniversary

My boyfriend and I will be dating for a year on june 15th. We've known each other since freshman year of high school, and I really want to do something special for not only him, but for both of us. I've been thinking on ideas and thought that since we both are wanting to have sex but neither one of us can get away most of the time, we can do a couple's retreat somewhere. This way we can enjoy each other's company and be alone for once. Any thoughts or other ideas? I have until june to celebrate, but will make plans for it early so its marked on calendar
