Coronavirus....ultrasound appointment should I go?

Question

I live in NJ in a very populated area
Tomorrow is My follow up ultrasound for a small subchorionic hemorrhage on first scan 4 weeks ago. 
I am 13 weeks now and I’m terrified to go out in public! 
I don’t know if I should just postpone scan?

I have a high risk scan on Thursday I’m planning on going but be sensible, don’t sit near anyone, touch anything or my face and wash your hands and antibac every chance you get.

I had my high risk appt today. I just tried to be extra cautious. I parked away from other cars, took the stairs instead of the elevator, stood in the waiting room away from others instead of sitting. Also brought hand sanitizer in my purse and used if I had to touch any doors etc. Also I changed my clothes when I got home. Maybe too extreme 🤷‍♀️ idk but better to be safe. My Dr said depending on what is going on in the next few weeks when I am due to come back they may postpone my next appt.

Over 130 cases where I live and schools, restaurants and bars are closed for the foreseeable future. The advice given to us was if it’s not an emergency to see a doctor than don’t go. Our OB sent an email saying no kids under the age of 12 unless a newborn and only 1 visitor with you during the appointment. We are still going to our 12 week appointment because I have a history of recurrent pregnancy loss but after that we will wait the 4 weeks until our next appointment, hopefully it’s safe by then!

I’m going to mine tomorrow. I’m 15 weeks. And I’m high risk, about to start progesterone shots, so I need to go bc I lost my 1st pregnancy at 20 weeks, and I need to start shots and see if my cervix is not shortening. 
I dont have a mask 😷 to put on, they are all sold out, but I’m planning to have a thin scarf on the lower part of my face, and not to stand/sit close to people. Washing hands/sanitizing all the way.

I understand. Where I live ther is 12 confirmed with in a 20 mile radius so far of 1.7+ million people. Our doctors office right is limit no children over 1 and only one additional guest. As well as there is a sanitation station before even walking into the office to help combat everything. They’ve also stated that if you have ANY symptom and this is a routin appointment to call and reschedule. Where as if it’s an emergency appointment and you have a symptom to contact the lead nurse for instructions on what to do. Just listen to your doctor call them if need be on what you should/shouldn’t do.

I live in Southern California where there’s a lot of cases. I have my appt in a few days (Friday) for my 16 week appt. it’s a large facility next to the hospital with big elevators and stuff, tons of ppl. SO, I told my husband, I don’t care what other ppl think of me, I’m going to make him and myself strap on one of our N95 masks and wear nitrile gloves!! Screw the ppl judging me lol!

I just returned and it went smoothly but it is scary out there!
Before entering the building they had a station set up 
They asked what test I was getting and because it was a fetal ultrasound I had to wear a mask
Then I had to fill out a health questionnaire and they gave everyone a new pencil and you had to keep it after 
And then they took my temperature 
Once inside every worker had on masks 
Patients sat far enough apart. 
I was in and out within 30 minutes
