Got blood work dr said my HCG is only at 13 what does that mean? Is that bad

Yes since you said you had positive digitals 3 days ago. They require more hcg than a 12, so your numbers are not doubling if your just now at 12. Sorry but it sounds like its a chemical or blight ovum.

As long as it doubles in 48 hours you should be ok. Mine was only 33.
