How worried should I be..?

So, I’m 23+4 FTM and a little bit ago my boyfriend and I got intimate in the shower, and when I went to pee after I noticed I was bleeding but it was coming from my butt (I checked like 30 times in a bunch of different ways to make sure it wasn’t from my vagina) and I know that means it’s probably a hemorrhoid but I’ve never experienced this and I haven’t had any pain or anything leading up to this.. I haven’t had any spotting or bleeding of any kind so far during my pregnancy so of course I started freaking out a bit. I tried calling my OB’s office but got their answering machine so I left a message. I then called my mom because I was panicking and she told me as long as it was coming from my butt the baby is safe. I’ve felt her moving and kicking since but I still can’t help but to be worried 😭 Should I call the OB unit at the hospital or just wait to hear back from my doctor? The bleeding seems to have stopped for now..

**EDIT: My city has had 13+ confirmed cases of covid-19 and like 100+ presumed cases and is borderline on lockdown so I want to avoid going to the hospital if it isn’t absolutely necessary, but of course I will if I need to!😣**
