Baby moving?

I’m 16 weeks, and for the past week or so, I’ll feel almost like muscle twitches or flutters low in my abdomen toward my pubic bone. I know the baby is lower down there because I use the Doppler. Is the muscle twitches feeling my baby girl moving?

Omg I'm the same! Also 16 weeks and I've been looking out for the butterflies feeling so been convincing myself it's too soon so it can't be it..
