☹ I Don't Know What To Do

So me and my other half have been having sex every day trying to conceive. I feel every type of pregnancy symptom there is but no positive signs on any of the tests. I've checked my CM and everything is right... irregular periods dont help me either.

Is my mind just playing tricks on me or is it just too early to test?
