Help please!!

I have went through endo it wasn't the problem to now its a hormonal imbalance I have been seeing a doctor I know from the multiple ultrasounds that I am producing lots of eggs but they are not reaching their full stage my period are out of wack i bleed inbetween sometimes and then things are normal for awhile I have been giving a medicine to take for 5 days two eggs were measuring well so I was told to do my trigger shot I didn't get pregnant the doctor is an hour away and my husband works all the time is there something I can take to get my hormones under control? The shots are so expensive and I kinda wanna just start taking something at home I've never gotten pregnant and I don't think I ovulate every time
