Help, I’m panicking

So I kept taking pregnancy tests and all came back negative, I tested over 5 weeks after sex and they were all negative. I’m on CD 85, I’ve missed 2 and in general my periods are irregular but not really this irregular, they just start on different days every month or rarely skip only one month. So not diagnosed with any hormonal imbalance, I think I either have pcos or endometriosis. I just read this article and now i’m scared that my tests were false negatives.

The last test I took was a month and 7 days after the day I had sex and that was negative ... this article is scaring me, because now I think if I do have pcos, I’m pregnant and it’s just not showing up on any of the at home tests I took.

Has the scenario in the article happened to anyone before? Sorry I don’t know what group to post this in.
