Could I still be pregnant or random missed period

Has anyone just completely miss a period for like whole month and then start on their cycle again?

I’m on cycle day 44 (my cycles are usually 32-33 days). I took a pregnancy test when I noticed I was a few days late and they were all negative, I even took a digital and that was also negative. Still no sign of my period coming but I did have some cramping last week, I never get cramps unless I’m actually on my period but cramps were the first symptom I had when I was pregnant with my son but like I said my tests have all be negative. I haven’t tested since last week.

Is it possible that I ovulated late and it was implantation cramping or is it possible to just completely miss a period for no reason?
