Yesterday I was having lower back pain on & off all day & even when I went to sleep I could actually feel the pain in my sleep & it makes me tense up so bad like period& I also had a few cramps in the front of my stomach but mostly in my lower back ... I timed a few last night before going to sleep . Also I lost my mucus plug 4 days ago & it had light pink streaks in it . I haven’t been to hospital cause I feel i’d get sent home & I have no clue if I’m dilated cause no doctor haven’t checked me yet .. currently 38 weeks & 4 days
