Infant & Children’s Tylenol

Hello, I’ve noticed the concentration of the children’s Tylenol is the exact same as the infant’s Tylenol concentration.

In times like these, I must use what I can (since there are people taking all the medicine) if anything happens to my son. Whether it’s the common cold or whatever, I’d like to be prepared and take extra precautions!

So I called his pediatrician and she mentioned that the children’s Tylenol is 160mg / 5ml and based on his weight, it’ll be 2.5ml. She said she wasn’t sure about the infant’s, so I googled it after the phone call and it’s also 160mg / 5ml.

Based from the phone call, whether I have one or the other in hand, would I use the same 2.5ml dosage?

He’s 9 months & weighs 16-17 pounds.
