Am I overly sensitive??

I’ve been best friends with my boyfriend for 8 years and we recently started dating. We met through Instagram forever ago. He’s 26 and I’m 22. Recently it’s bothered me with the pictures he likes on Instagram. It’s almost all underwear models or really REALLY pretty girls that are petite and tiny. I’m not fat but I’m definitely curvy. I’m also confident in who I am but I can’t help but compare myself to the girls he follows and makes sure to like literally every single picture they post. Before we become official he would even try to slide in their DM’s and message them. He also doesn’t really give me compliments because he has a hard time speaking his feelings. Am I being overly sensitive or would this bother you too? Thanks in advance😊
