Threadworm

So i am putting this up anonymously as its so embarrasing and dont want to include my name and picture.

About 2 months ago i ate a take away and then when i went for a poop i saw worms. So i ordered ovex and they cleared till now. I had a take away again 2 days ago and now i have worms again.

Do you think maybe the ovex actually cleared them or maybe the take away was contaminated. I feel so ashamed and sickened.
