8 months pp

I’m 8 months postpartum and just turned 20 not long ago. I just found out today I’m pregnant with #2. I dont know how far along I am cause I’m on cycle day 60! My periods have been bad since having my son. I don’t ovulate regularly. I took a test last Tuesday and it was negative. Period still hasn’t come so I said today I would take the last test and bam. I got This.... would this make me about 4 weeks? First appointment open is in 2 weeks.
