PCOS is no fun. I took a month off of tracking and my goodness has it helped me mentally.
My doctor said don’t stress. Which I did and still having a hard time with my irregular period. I know I have PCOS. In may we have a scheduled appointment to take more tests to see what steps we can take to conceive. Anyone been diagnosed with PCOS? If so what did you do to conceive?
