12 weeks pregnant

Quick question. The other day when I drank coffee a couple hours later I felt like two quick twitches in my lower stomach and nothing else. I just had coffee again a couple hours earlier and I just felt that again? Could it be baby and the caffeine just giving her extra energy or something for me to be able to feel her for a quick second? I have a home Doppler and her heart beat is like right where I felt it. Side note I hardly ever drink coffee :)
