My baby is a week old on formula .. she kept throwing up the milk so her doctor advised me to put rice cereal in her milk which seemed to do the trick ... but now it’s like she’s overeating and doesn’t really get full . She’s extremely gassy .I would like to breastfeed but she won’t latch on because my nipples are flat . I’ve tried the shield she doesn’t like that . I can’t afford a breast pump rn . I honest don’t know what to do
