I’ve been in preterm labor for 11 weeks

I lost my mucus plug last Wednesday and a few hours later had my bloody show, since then I’ve seen my OB twice and have been to l&d twice, still no baby yet, just curious as to how long after you ladies had lost yours you went into labor?

This is what it looked like, I’ve also been spotting on and off ever since and losing small bits of bloody mucus. I’ve also been having contractions on and off and when I have them they’re every 3-5 minutes but are still not strong enough yet to make a change in my cervix.
