Severe itching- possible cholestasis?

Im 22 weeks pregnant and yesterday and today i have had severe itching with no rash nonstop. First it was just my hands and my ankles. Now its my legs, arms, ears too. I cant get it to stop. I haven’t used any new products or ate anything new. I just cant stop itching and it’s so frustrating. I looked it up and cholestasis popped up. I do have some of the other symptoms. But I know not to rely on doctor google so I was wondering if I had to go in to be checked? It’s Saturday so obviously my doctor office is not open, so if I needed to be seen I would have to go into L&D.

But is this necessary? If it is cholestasis is it an urgent matter or do I need specific treatment? Or can i just wait until my next appointment to bring it up. Next appointment is April 7th. Obviously this itching is killing me, it wont stop and i dont know what to do. But I don’t want to go in and have there be nothing they can do for me anyway.
