i need headache help

my mom has had sharp ear and head pain that moved from her ear to her head constantly since 3 days ago. this has happened before and is only on 1 side of her face/head, the right. we got her ear drops and antibiotics from the doctor but they aren’t even helping because of what’s going on right now. only think that helps are ibuprofen and tylenol. maybe it is occipital neurologica???? any advice please
