Am I in Labour? Please advise!

Hi guys,
So I'm 39 weeks. Was really uncomfortable two nights ago and couldn't settle until 4am and I then slept til 7am. Woke to cramping 7 to 10mins. Like period pain radiating to my back. This lasted 2 hours and then I drifted off again.
Yesterday 4pm I started getting stronger cramps and back pain and this lasted until 330am.
Again on and off all day I have been having these cramps and they are stronger than the day before. Roughly 10 to 15mins.
Am I in true labour or is this braxton hicks?

Real labor contractions are consistent, get closer together, stronger & dont stop. You could be experiencing prodromal labor which is also known as false labor where contractions are real but come & go. With my first pregnancy I experience painful inconsistent cramping a couple days before I actually went into real active labor. So your time maybe very soon. Good luck!

I had this! My contractions were 10 minutes apart and lasted a minute and went from my lower abdomen to my back as well. That night i lost my bloody show and my waters started leaking!
