I had spotting and cramping throughout my entire pregnancy, it’s always best to get checked out just to be on the safe side but it can be common and everything can be ok with your baby! Usually cramping that early on is round ligament pain, it’s just your uterus stretching to make room for the baby to grow

I've been super crampy and I'm 5 weeks! It's my third baby and it's happened every time! I wouldn't be concerned unless you begin bleeding (red blood)!

I literally just went through this, I’m 6 weeks on Tuesday. Found out I was pregnant around 3w3d, had mild light cramping up until 5 weeks and then completely stopped. I barely get them at all now!
